Lacoste

An internationally renowned artists’ refuge—the soft local stone being a sculpture’s dream and the views and endlessly changing colors a painter’s joy.  An American Art School and concerts in the partially renovated Chateau de Marquis de Sade add to the animation of the village.


Bonnieux

Very active year-round, this "bourg" on the hill is linked by winding roads, and ancient stone stairways.  Panoramic views can be enjoyed from the gardens surrounding the Roman-Gothic church on the highest hill.  Bonnieux has most everything--restaurants, bakeries, mini-market, antique shops, bookstores, car garage, post office, real estate agencies, fire department, gendarmerie, and even a pharmacy.V

Saignon

“Coup de cœur”: staircases, secret passages, caves. A breath-taking panoramic view on the plain can be appreciated atop the famous rocky promontoire of Saignon.

Several restaurants and terrasses.


Menerbes

This superb village is built atop a vessel-shaped hill and encircled with splendid landscapes.   Catch an art exhibit or taste some wine at La Maison de la Truffe. 


Sivergues

A sister village of Buoux, this tiny village at the end of a winding road with a few ancient homes, the ruins of a medieval castle, and the small Romance chapel St Trophime.


Lourmarin

Friendly village on the Apt/Aix en Provence road with a large choice of boutiques, restaurants, and cafes.  Children will love the treasure hunt in the XVth century castle.


Vaugines

On the other side of Luberon from Boux, this charming ancient village on the southern foothills of the Grand Luberon is surrounded by grapevines, olive orchards and oak woods. Open views to the south all the way to the Sainte Victoire mountain of Aix-En-Provence.


Oppede le Vieux

Splendid small village nestled against the northern flanks of the Small Luberon.


Buoux

In the heart of the Luberon Natural Park, Buoux is well-known for its history-laden fort and world famous cliff climbing in the Vallee de l’Aiguebrun.


Roussillon

Stunning red mountaintop village characterized by flamboyant multi-colored landscapes.  Enjoy a visit to the Ochre cliffs and count the different sand colors.    


Saint Saturnin
